Regenerative Farming: Growing a Future We Can All Be Proud Of 🌿

At Iris Lodge Alpacas, we don’t just farm — we care, we nurture, and we regenerate.

Tucked away on the beautiful NSW Central Coast, our farm is more than a place to meet alpacas, llamas, and other friendly animals — it’s a living, breathing example of how tourism and farming can work hand-in-hand to heal the land.

Regenerative farming is at the core of what we do. It’s not a buzzword for us — it’s a commitment. From rotational grazing that gives our paddocks time to recover, to composting and planting native trees, every decision we make is about giving more back to the earth than we take.

We’ve removed invasive plant species, encouraged biodiversity, and created a haven for local wildlife. Our animals are not production stock — they are beloved pets, and their wellbeing is deeply tied to the health of the land they live on.

We’re proud to be Ecotourism Australia certified, and every guest who visits us plays a part in our journey. When you feed our alpacas or enjoy brunch in the paddocks, you’re supporting sustainable, community-driven agriculture with purpose and heart.

Together, we can create a better future — one paddock at a time.
