Iris Lodge Alpacas School Tours
We offer unique farm learning experiences for school groups.

There is so much to see and learn from here on our alpaca farm. We can run an informational and interactive tour for you, or we can work with you to design a tour to meet your specific learning outcomes.
We are able to cater tours from Kindergarten through to Year 12. Our tours would support the kids to farms program.
Sean is a Chartered Accountant and with Sharon has owned and run Iris Lodge for more than 8 years and we are able to draw on our experience with alpacas, cows, sheep and horses to facilitate learning.
We can use the alpacas, sheep, horses, ducks, chooks, cows, calves, fencing & paddocks to facilitate learning.
With over 160 animals on the property, students will have the chance to meet creatures great and small from chickens, to sheep and alpacas, to beef cattle and horses! Eco-Tourism certified, Iris Lodge Alpacas also has a focus on protecting native wildlife, and will discuss how and why they have planted large sections of native forests to support endangered parrots.
We are more than happy to create a tour to suit your needs & required educational outcomes.
